We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, or any personal financial data. The calculator works offline once the page has loaded.
Local storage
To improve your experience, the site stores small preferences in your browser's local storage — specifically your chosen language and light/dark theme. This data stays on your device and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.
Shareable links
When you use the "copy share link" feature, your inputs are encoded into a URL. That link is created on your device and is only shared if you choose to share it. Anyone who opens the link can see the values it contains, so share thoughtfully.
Analytics and advertising
We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand overall traffic (for example, page views and country-level visits) and, in the future, may display advertising to support the site.
